Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't believe the great deal I got for my stay here! The spacious and clean rooms exceeded my expectations, and the location is unbeatable, especially if you get a high floor with a view of the falls. Watching the nightly fireworks over the falls was a real treat.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent with a view of the American falls where I enjoyed watching the fireworks seated in my room, and the location was very convenient, close to all the main attractions. The service was outstanding, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the dining experience was a bit pricey for what was offered.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its incredible falls view, spacious room with 3 queen beds, a pull-out couch, and a small refrigerator. The service was top-notch, with helpful and kind staff. The location was perfect, just steps away from Clifton Hill and major attractions. The dining options were decent, although not available during construction. Overall, an awesome experience with some minor dining limitations.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and modern, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking; I found it difficult to breathe due to something in the room. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with the staff being super friendly and accommodating. The location was a major highlight, being close to all attractions, the falls, and food places. However, the dining experience was subpar, with mediocre quality and overpriced food.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms, especially those not facing the front, were well decorated and spic and span, offering a fabulous view of the falls from the 4th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The service, particularly with parking assistance amidst the ongoing construction, was wonderful and accommodating. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions, making it a great choice for families. The dining experience, although decent, could have been better considering the additional charges for coffee. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a strange smell in the rooms, but they were spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was almost perfect for our needs. I appreciated the layout with the sink outside the washroom.
My room to the front side had a nice view of the falls and was away from the construction noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was quite loud inside. The room was spacious and had a sofa bed and mini-fridge, which was convenient. The service was very accommodating and friendly, making my stay pleasant. The location was central and convenient, near Clifton Hill festivities and a short walk to see the American falls. The dining experience was a bit disappointing as the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in Niagara Falls. The view overlooking the American falls and Clifton Hill was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, the dining options were not as expected. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
Stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The rooms were gorgeous but a bit chilly at first, quickly fixed by adjusting the heat. The service was outstanding; the staff was prompt in meeting special requests and very friendly. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, just a few minutes away from the main attractions. The dining options were a bit limited in terms of choices and did not include some beverages, but the overall stay was highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, perfect as a gift for my mother. The service at the reception desk and by the housekeeping staff was amazing, they were so friendly and the location was great, right on the main area of Clifton Hills with attractions just a short distance away. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent value for money!
The hotel's location is perfect, close to all attractions and within walking distance to everything in Niagara Falls. The rooms were a bit chilly at 66° initially due to guests smoking, but overall, the price was excellent for the proximity to the falls. The dining experience wasn't worth the price with limited items and no drinks included.
The hotel's prime highlight was the spacious and accommodating rooms, perfect for our family. Adding more lights could enhance the cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was superb, close to all attractions and a short walk to Niagara Falls. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering exquisite dishes in a clean and comfortable setting.
The service is responsive and recommended for families. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining options could be improved.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and modern, though I did notice some food crumbs in the air conditioner. The lack of natural sunlight was a bit disappointing, but overall, a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked, but located near ongoing construction that started early in the morning. Despite some food crumbs in the air conditioner and suspicious white spots on the ottoman, it was a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were great and helpful, making it easy for us to walk to Clifton Hill with the kids. The location, although not providing a direct view of the falls, was convenient for exploring Niagara Falls by foot. The dining experience was not ideal due to extra charges for coffee and limited options. However, the high-quality dishes were worth trying. The facilities were adequate for our needs.
